1998 Kim Collins, Manager, Columbus, Ohio. Team OK participated with 20 athletes. Jack returned for his fourth attempt to bring home the Gold but took the Silver medal in Table Tennis instead. It was a hard fought loss but Jack put on a great show! Cheryl Manley, Donor Mom, attended the Games for the first time as the Donor Family Liaison representing Oklahoma.
